The next generation of campus
The uses of a campus, shared between learning and performance required various different units, from the Arena to the streaming room, passing through the staple cafeteria. The centre of gravity of the campus is a large space that could welcome small group workshops of 5/6 students, conferences for industry professionals or academic presentations or even events organised around the life of the school. The furniture allows this space to transform for all of these functions. Classrooms, group study spaces and a co-working reception area complete the list of spaces available.
An industrial universe
The universe proposed for Gaming Campus is a mix of industrial (visible concrete ceilings which allow the structure of the building to stand out as well as high ceiling space) and technology with different computers and screens brought to the forefront. A mix & match set of furniture in black colours and wooden and steel styles complement the black and white paint and make the shaded orange-yellow-purple logo stand out. The lighting is surrounded by suspension wiring, punctuated by standing lamps around workspaces. The idea is to make the domestic sphere and the educational sphere meet, making the campus feel more comfortable.
Yad.Space creates living spaces for large companies looking to transform their workspaces. Their last references include the UBISOFT offices in Montpellier, The TF1 Headquarters in Paris or Nextdoor coworking in the Grand Hotel Dieu in Lyon. More information at https://Yad.Space.
